I booked 3 rooms on your website this afternoon for the Ramada Plaza in Jeju :
(Requestor name: Maxime GROJEAN)
- one room for 3 nights (4/10 > 7/10/22)
- 2 rooms for 5 nights (3/10/22 > 8/10/22)
But I didn’t receive a confirmation by email for the 2 rooms.
Can you confirm this reservation or do I have to book the rooms again on your website ?
