rate, before 18:00 on the day of arrival: 50% of the room rate, after
18:00 or no show: 80% of the room rate
Peak Season(August 12-October 16, based on check-in date)
4 to 7 days prior to arrival: 30% of the room rate, 3 to 1 day prior to arrival: 50% of the room rate, the day of arrival or no show: 100% of the room rate.
If the guest is not checked in on the day of arrival or cancel his/her reservation after midnight of the day of arrival, it will be treated as no show
